Antioxidant Claim for Iced Green Tea with "Super Fruit"

The website for an iced green tea flavored with fruits that are "rich in antioxidants" states that there are 140 mg antioxidants in one serving.

The statement about the fruits being rich in antioxidants is an implied claim for the tea -- that one serving is rich in antioxidants (aka high in, or excellent source). The 140 mg statement does not identify which antioxidants are allegedly present. Only antioxidants that have an established RDI can be used in an antioxidant claim, and they would need to show up in the Nutrition Facts. This iced tea does not show any amount of antioxidants on the nutrition panel, so an antioxidant claim cannot be made (or any mention of antioxidants).
