Beets -- nutrition powerhouse?

An article by a "healthy life stylist" on a major news site states that beets are "high in fiber, potassium, magnesium, niacin, calcium, iron..."

One serving (85 g) of beets is not high (must be 20% or more of Daily Value) in any of those nutrients. It isn't even a good source (10% DV). Beets are, however, high in folate. And the GREENS are a good source of (but not high in) fiber, iron, magnesium and potassium. And then there were all the unsubstantiated "health benefits" mentioned in the article.... None of these claims would be allowed on a food label or in any marketing of such a food.
