Gluten-free bites "packed" with protein

The labeling for gluten-free nut and chocolate snack bites claims the product is "packed" with protein...

All flavors except one of this product line contain 4 grams of protein per serving. The other contains 5 grams. While the one with 5 grams meets the criteria for "good source" of protein, the term "loaded" or "packed" implies the product is high in protein (aka excellent source), and that would require at least 10 grams of protein (per labelled/stated serving) to meet the criteria (20% of Daily Value). The other flavors do not come close to meeting the criteria. Protein is probably the most misrepresented nutrient in packaged foods.
