Dietitian says fava beans are high in vitamins & minerals

A dietitian/nutritionist is quoted in a wellness magazine saying that fava beans are high in vitamins and minerals, including magnesium and potassium...

A 90-gram serving (the correct FDA serving for purposes of food labeling and claims) of cooked fava beans is not a good source of (let alone an excellent source, aka “high in”) any vitamins with the exception of folate. Nor is it a good (and definitely not excellent) source of most minerals, including magnesium (close, but only 9% Daily Value) and potassium (only 5% DV). It is, however, a good source of protein (14% DV), although not "packed with" (implying "excellent source").
