Gluten-free cracker with impossibly high protein

A gluten-free cracker containing mostly refined starches and flavored/colored with turmeric is labeled as having 4 g protein per 15 g serving...

A cracker is considered a snack food, so first off this product’s labeling should show a serving size of 28 g (1 oz) rather than 15 g. This will about double all the nutrition data, bringing protein to around 8 grams per serving, which is impossible given the starchy ingredients (whole grains have more protein than refined grains, and even whole grain crackers don’t have that much protein without protein supplementation).

Additionally, the website for the product doesn’t show calories per serving in the Nutrition Information, and the sodium data is not properly rounded. This product is imported, which probably explains some of the mislabeling.
