An organic glazed nut & seed mix made by a long-established private company has its Nutrition Facts panel printed with yellow type on a white background... 

This labeling is not compliant with FDA regulations because of legibility issues due to lack of contrast in the printing. Additionally, the allergen statement is incorrectly presented, which could lead to enforcement action. Ask us how this should be revised.
