Too Much Fiber?

A nutrition “expert” (RD) evaluates the nutrition data of a fast food dish for a newspaper article and declares the 65-115 g fiber to be too much.

Indeed! One big problem: There is no way the dish (a bowl-style pizza filled with pasta) can have that much fiber given the ingredients. If the expert had gone to the restaurant chain’s Web site (or even thought for a couple seconds) it would have been obvious that the data given for fiber by the newspaper reporter was a mistake. Even with a healthy dose of veggies, this pizza-like concoction using all white flour and lots of cheese could not come close to 65+ grams of fiber.
